Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice, administer and oversee medications and treatments, and monitor resident health status to respond to changes in condition. Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care partners while supervising and supporting caregivers, CNAs, and Med Techs as assigned. Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record and support care planning, service plans, and regulatory compliance. Follow infection control, safety, and clinical policies. Requires an active LPN license in good standing, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and experience in senior living or healthcare.
