Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing high-quality direct routine care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities include developing and modifying care plans, conducting resident assessments, ensuring adherence to the Residents’ Bill of Rights, and maintaining compliance with safety and documentation standards. The LPN will also be involved in supervising unlicensed staff, facilitating communication with families, and providing health promotion education.
