Job Summary
Provide patient care activities as directed in the patient care plan for clients in the Savannah, GA area. Complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and electronic clinical documentation using a smartphone. Maintain a caseload under 20 patients per day to reduce stress. Hold a current LPN license, one year of nursing experience, and a valid CPR certification. Pass the Medication Proficiency Exam and CareMaster Registry requirements. Provide first aid, maintain a clean background check, and possess a driver's license with vehicle insurance. Submit to annual evaluations and ensure punctuality, reliability, and strong communication skills. Earn $35–$40 per hour with weekly payroll.
Required Qualifications
- A current LPN license in the state in which nursing services are being provided to patients of CareMaster
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a nurse
- A current CPR certification card
- Annual PPD report
- Proof of Citizenship (Social Security Card, for example)
- Passing Medication Proficiency Exam
- Completion of CareMaster Registry requirements
