Licensed Practical Nurse

Remote LPN provides nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, coordinating with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and active patient participation in planning and care. Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching. These are remote positions for the APCRG (Adult Primary Care Refill Group). Responsibilities include handling typical medical office tasks, working with electronic systems, and maintaining patient safety and care standards in a remote setting. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of clinical experience in a medical office/clinic or hospital, CPR/BLS, and experience in geriatrics or internal medicine.
