Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee the nursing process for assigned residents while providing direct and indirect care in accordance with state and federal regulations. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses within the assigned building, ensuring all staff adhere to accepted nursing standards and guidelines. Manage long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing duties at CareOne at Lexington, Lexington, MA. Full-time 11pm-7am shift required.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice
- Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
