Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee the nursing process for assigned residents while providing direct and indirect care according to individual nursing and medical plans of care. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses within the building, ensuring all staff adhere to state and federal guidelines and accepted nursing standards. Manage care across long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and subacute settings. Licensed Practical Nurses must graduate from a credentialed school of nursing and hold current state licensure. Full-time, part-time, per diem, and weekend shifts are available in Brookline, MA, with compensation ranging from $35 to $49 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
