Job Summary
Conduct patient care and monitoring on the Cardiac Renal Stepdown unit, supporting patients preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions. Provide nursing care across diverse clinical skills while cross-training to broaden expertise in varying conditions and procedures. Maintain current LPN licensure and complete required BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Work part-time days shifts totaling 24 hours per week. Join a collaborative team within the Med Surg Service Line where your voice matters.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (or equivalent experience with licensure)
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- PEARS certification
- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
- IV Certification
