Licensed Practical Nurse - Cancer Clinic Lab

Conduct direct patient care, including venipunctures, IV starts, lab draws, and urinalysis collection, while collaborating with RNs to evaluate patient progress and goals. Provide healthcare information to patients and families, support care plans, and perform clinical interventions such as wound care and point-of-care testing under licensed supervision. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and anticipate resource needs to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
