Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Campbell Street is responsible for delivering high-quality direct care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN will assess resident health, participate in creating and modifying care plans, collect health data, and monitor unlicensed nursing staff. Essential functions include conducting assessments, ensuring effective nursing care, and maintaining compliance with safety and documentation standards. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing for the state in which the facility is located.
- Current License as a Practical Nurse for the state in which the facility is located.
- Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care

- Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living community.
