Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Campbell Street is responsible for providing high-quality direct routine care to residents under the supervision of the RN, adhering to Board of Nursing standards, the Residents’ Bill of Rights, and the facility's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program. Key responsibilities include developing and modifying resident Plans of Care, collecting health data, monitoring resident care, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation standards. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership, resilience, and emotional intelligence, while possessing strong communication skills. Required qualifications include completion of an approved nursing education program, a current nursing license, and CPR certification.
