Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed in Birmingham, AL to provide direct patient care under RN supervision in a dynamic rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, performing vital signs, developing and implementing individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, maintaining accurate patient records, participating in patient education and discharge planning, collaborating with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Requires LPN licensure in Alabama and CPR Certification. Shifts Monday-Friday, no weekends; 6:30am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-11:00pm. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
