Licensed Practical Nurse

Manage medical care and medications for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury, and mental illness in community-based group homes. Respond to emergencies, de-escalate crises, and train staff on health and safety rules while documenting incidents. Maintain compliance with medical and medication laws, including DPH MAP certification within six months. This role requires assignment to a primary program with coverage across the designated region. Sun 7p-7a, Mon-Wed 11p-7a shifts apply.
