Job Summary
Monitor patients' conditions, assess needs, and interpret symptoms to communicate with physicians. Perform routine procedures including blood pressure measurements and injections, while adjusting and administering medications per orders. Maintain hygiene and safety by sanitizing equipment and preparing beds, and provide instant emergency medical care. Supervise nursing assistants and foster a supportive environment for residents and families. Chart using the point click system and expand knowledge through monthly in-services. Work 12-hour shifts, every other holiday and weekend.
