Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Provide health and wellness support, medication administration, wound care, and resident concern management in a safe, home-like environment. Responsibilities include updating documentation, caring for residents with memory/cognitive impairments, and following directions from supervisors. Must be licensed in NYS as an LPN and fully vaccinated; flexibility for alternating weekends and FT schedules; experience in Assisted Living preferred. Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS LPN License
- Licensed in the State of New York as an LPN
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing (LPN)
