Licensed Practical Nurse

Conduct basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and assisting with mobility and transfers. Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing condition changes, and documenting observations. Perform medical procedures such as changing bandages, inserting catheters, administering medications, drawing blood, and performing EKGs under RN or physician direction. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care updates to supervising staff. Provide patient education on health and wellness topics. This role is part of the Job Corps program.
