Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide direct resident care as needed; document care delivery observations, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately; monitor health status of residents and obtain RN assessment when needed; participate in care planning and ensure proper use of equipment; assume charge nurse duties when assigned and replace absent staff; maintain confidentiality of resident records and project a positive image of the organization to residents and co-workers. Transcribe physician orders and be available for on-call duties as assigned.
