Job Summary
Provide nursing care to patients undergoing un-sedated endoscopy procedures, minor colorectal surgery, and provider visits under direct RN supervision. Collect observational data to assist with patient assessment and care planning while delivering services according to organizational policies and relationship-based care principles. Mentor staff, instruct new hires, and participate in quality improvement projects as a member of the healthcare team.
Required Qualifications
