Licensed Practical Nurse - Ambulatory Cardiology, Scts. - LPN

Provide nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of the RN or other supervisor in ambulatory cardiology. Collect data through observation and communicate information to assist the RN and provider in patient assessment and care planning. Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation in meeting patient/family needs. Deliver care in accordance with the patient care plan, policies and procedures, and principles of relationship-based care. Demonstrate excellent communication skills; mentor and instruct others; may participate on committees or projects, including quality improvement.
