Licensed Practical Nurse -Ambulatory, BMPG Care Today Clinic, PRN, Varied

Provide routine, standardized nursing care for patients under physician supervision. Assist with examinations, procedures, and activities related to direct patient care. Arrange appointments for diagnostic testing, consults, referrals, and hospital admission. Monitor and maintain medical supply stock and equipment functionality. Document vital statistics, encounter data, and obtain patient medical histories. Call in prescriptions per physician orders and promote health behaviors through patient education. Prepare and clean exam rooms; screen and forward clinically related telephone calls. Complete medical and physical history forms for insurance companies. Inform physicians of schedule changes. Perform other duties as assigned. Reports to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. Requires current LPN compact/multistate license.
