Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients per physician orders and plans of care within the home environment. Administer and monitor medications as prescribed, conduct nursing assessments, and document all actions while informing physicians and families accordingly. Direct caregiver efforts during client care plans and perform supervisory visits to review competency and compliance with state regulations. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and medical reports, including addressing health needs through collaboration with supervisors and managers.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Current and unrestricted license in the state of the operation
- CPR professional certification
- Capable of working independently with highly confidential information
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of nursing experience preferred
