Licensed Practical Nurse- All Shifts

Administer all medications and treatments during shifts per established medical plans, physician orders, and Department of Health regulations. Continuously evaluate resident behavior, symptoms, reactions, and progress while discussing findings with the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse. Document all interventions and coordinate medication orders with the pharmacy to ensure dosage accuracy. Works under the direction of the Head/Charge Nurse to provide optimum nursing care to all residents on the unit. Requires current NY State Licensed Practical Nurse license and accredited LPN school education.
