Job Summary
Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans, perform regular rounds, and administer medications per physician orders. Supervise and direct other care staff while communicating care updates with families. Complete documentation accurately, notify physicians of condition changes, and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers. Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards. Work weekends and holidays as needed to meet resident needs. Valid South Carolina LPN license and 1–2 years of healthcare experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Proficiency with basic computer skills
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
