Job Summary
Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, administering and recording medications and treatments. Prepare for and assist physicians with diagnostic procedures, while reinforcing health care instructions to patients and families. Participate in team planning for patient activities and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Observe and report vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to care, maintaining environmental conditions for patient comfort and safety. Assume charge of the unit as assigned. Requires LPN license and one year of experience.
