Respond to resident medication requests, consult medical staff on regimen changes, and phone prescription orders to pharmacies. Review lab and test results to report concerns, obtain medical histories and physical assessments including B/P, WS, Wt., and AIMS testing, and administer injectable medications as ordered. Complete documentation for client and third-party billing. This full-time role in Mooresville, Indiana requires a non-probationary Indiana LPN with one year of nursing experience, with substance use/psychiatric experience preferred. Candidates must pass drug screens, TB tests, background checks, and fingerprinting, and adhere to flu shot and vaccination protocols.
