Licensed Practical Nurse (3rd Shift EOW, PT/FT)

Monitor patient care in the Nursing Living Area, perform episodic routine charting, and complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers. Routinely check assigned patients, note condition changes, and administer medications as ordered. Notify the supervisor, attending physician, and family of significant changes or injuries. Oversee daily shift assignments, provide guidance to personnel, and assist with physician rounds. Requires current NC licensure and one year of geriatrics experience. Full-time or part-time 3rd shift availability.
