Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing basic nursing care and ADL assistance to patients; supports in planning and delivering daily needs, monitors vital signs, collects specimens for routine labs, and adheres to infection control/universal precautions. 1099 contract role for 13 weeks in Tilton, NH, shift 3:00pm–11:30pm, location 139 Winter Street, Tilton NH 03276. Responsibilities include assisting patients with ADL, supervising groups for patient engagement, and reporting findings to the shift supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license or eligible for licensure
- Nursing experience with ADL
