Licensed Practical Nurse -$1,000 sign on bonus FT Nights 8p-8a

LPN provides direct patient care and medication administration under the supervision of the RN Case Manager within a Florida hospice setting, performing skilled nursing tasks in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. The role requires an active Florida LPN license, CHPLN within 12 months, two years of patient-care experience (acute, long-term, or home health), BLS/CPR, a valid Florida driver's license, and computer literacy. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, data collection, care planning, pain and symptom management, medication administration (including controlled substances), documentation reflecting interventions and patient responses, vital signs, and collaboration with the IDT to support the patient's and family's needs and the organization's compliance program. The position is full-time night shift (8p-8a) based in Fort Pierce, FL, with duties performed under the RN Case Manager in accordance with organizational standards and policies.
