Job Summary
Assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. Evaluate nursing outcomes and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel while adhering to federal, state, and local standards. Maintain established infection control policies and ensure quality care through the Director of Nursing Services. Requires a current, unencumbered LPN license, CPR certification, and proficiency with electronic health record software. Full-time rotating weekend shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with hourly wages ranging from $32.00 to $37.00.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work
- current CPR certification
- basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
- Rotating Weekends
