Job Summary
Design, plan, and supervise plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects while reviewing blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards. Coordinate project activities with clients, contractors, inspectors, and other trades, monitor timelines to meet schedule and budget, and prepare reports, estimates, and material lists. Provide technical guidance to field teams as needed. This role supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for a trusted Toronto-based plumbing and HVAC company specializing in installation, repair, and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Plumbing Engineer license
- Proven experience in plumbing design, installation, and project supervision
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple ongoing projects
- Proficiency with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
