Licensed Plumbers

Receive electronic, verbal, or written instructions to complete plumbing repair and installation work orders on routine or emergency bases. Perform repairs and installations for sinks, commodes, valves, and water coolers, while measuring, cutting, and threading piping for replacement. Conduct daily routine building inspections and report findings electronically or in writing. Execute minor electrical repairs, drywall work, and lighting fixture changes. Obtain necessary materials from the warehouse and oversee outside vendors when required. Rotate as necessary to cover various shifts as scheduled by the Facilities Maintenance Department.
