Licensed Plumbers

Receive electronic, verbal, or written instructions to complete plumbing work orders for routine or emergency assignments. Perform repairs and installations of sinks, commodes, valves, and water coolers, including replacing damaged water lines and freeing clogged drainage systems. Measure, cut, thread, and prepare piping for replacement or new installations, while also handling minor electrical repairs, carpentry, lighting fixture changes, and drywall work. Conduct daily building inspections, report findings via cell phone, and oversee outside vendors when necessary. Obtain materials from the warehouse, secure equipment from maintenance shops, and observe or report unusual situations to the Manager or Director of Facilities Operations. Rotate as required to cover various shifts.
