Licensed Plumbers

Receive electronic, verbal, or written instructions to complete plumbing work orders on a routine or emergency basis. Record start and finish times, provide job site comments, and perform repairs or installations for sinks, commodes, valves, and water coolers. Measure, cut, thread, and prepare piping for replacement or new installations, including replacing damaged water lines and freeing clogged drainage systems. Conduct daily routine building inspections and report findings electronically. Perform additional duties such as minor electrical repairs, drywall work, and lighting fixture changes. Obtain necessary materials from the warehouse and secure equipment from maintenance shops. Rotate as necessary to cover various shifts per the Facilities Maintenance Department schedule.
