Job Summary
Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes while performing tasks across all phases of new construction and renovation projects. Troubleshoot service issues and make decisions on normal and complex repairs on site without client disruption, reporting major problems to management as appropriate. Clear motor vehicle reports and pass pre-employment drug screens, and participate in permit inspections when necessary. This role requires 5-7 years of demonstrated plumbing installation in commercial and multi-family housing.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Plumber
- 5-7 years of demonstrated Plumbing installation in commercial & multi-family housing (new & remodel)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
- Ability to participate for permit inspections when necessary
- Solid knowledge of all aspects of plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
- Ability to clear a motor vehicle report
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
