Job Summary
Install new systems, diagnose issues, and perform critical repairs to keep homes running smoothly. Conduct inspections, perform safety checks, and replace components while coordinating with office staff and customers to ensure seamless communication. Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This full-time role requires Monday through Friday shifts (7 AM–5 PM) with weekend work as needed. You must hold a current Journeyman or Master Plumbing License with at least two years of experience, possess strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools, and be able to lift 50–70 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Current Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
- Ability to use CRM software for estimating and documentation
- Ability to coordinate with office staff and customers
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly (100+ lbs with assistance)
- Ability to perform frequent physical labor
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Ability to support installation teams in customer homes
- Background check
