Job Summary
Licensed Plumber responsible for diagnosing/troubleshooting, estimating, and completing repairs per property needs; prioritizes organizing and scheduling work orders, hitting KPIs, auditing transactions, and attending weekly meetings. Independent contributor role with scheduling flexibility; must work with various fixtures, pipes, and appliances to fix leaks, clogs, and malfunctions in water/sewage systems. Competitive compensation with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, tool allowance, quarterly bonus opportunities, and benefits including health, dental, and vision. Must have a valid plumber license, driver’s license, and residential plumbing experience; high school diploma preferred. 40+ hours weekly with potential OT; work environment emphasizes autonomy and self-management, with company vehicle provided and tools to be supplied by the plumber.
