Job Summary
Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents by guiding patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength. Track and document progress to inform care plans while educating patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment. Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards and stay current through ongoing training and professional development. This full-time individual contributor role at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center offers hourly pay of $45–$48 DOE, biweekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
- Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively
