Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for patients referred by physicians, then design and implement effective treatment programs addressing orthopedics, pediatrics, and neurology. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate strategic approaches for maximizing outcomes. Provide skilled therapeutic services at our well-equipped Rehabilitation Facility in Southington, educating patients and families on techniques and preventive measures. Meet minimum utilization goals while working with diverse populations ranging from children with developmental challenges to older adults. Full-time position with a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, plus performance incentives, 401(k) profit-sharing, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A current and valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy
- At least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
