Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient capabilities and limitations, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing manual therapy and exercise programming. Administer effective therapy sessions maintaining a patient load of one individual per hour while monitoring progress and adjusting protocols based on outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and occupational therapists to formulate integrated care plans and provide education to encourage patient adherence to rehabilitation goals. Maintain accurate records of interactions and treatment outcomes while complying with regulatory requirements. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia
- A clean record with no board or disciplinary actions on their license
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and program design for patient rehabilitation
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT
