Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient examinations and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans addressing individual functional limitations. Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, documenting all patient care activities including initial evaluations, daily notes, and discharge evaluations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to refine treatment plans and lead discharge planning with follow-up recommendations. Engage in facility meetings focused on improving patient access and participation in Access NRH initiatives. Work with patients experiencing musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, or chronic pain conditions. Practice Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Hype Motion Physical Therapy, LLC in Cypress, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Possess a valid state license as a Physical Therapist from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
- A minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Current CPR certification.

- Experience in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Familiarity with clinical assessment tools.
- Any specialty training or certifications in manual therapy.
- Any specialty training or certifications in sports rehabilitation.
