Job Summary
Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for diverse patient populations and develop individualized treatment plans addressing unique recovery goals. Monitor patient progress using evidence-based practices to adjust strategies, while documenting interactions comprehensively via SOAP notes and progress reports in our electronic record-keeping system. Provide education and support to patients and families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes for children, adults, and elderly clients. Adhere to organizational standards to meet utilization goals while maintaining high-quality care within our modern outpatient facility in Federal Way, Washington.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted state licensure by the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in Washington
- Competency in conducting evaluations and treatments via telehealth technology when clinically appropriate
Desired Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting
- Experience in a clinic that utilizes a multidisciplinary approach
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems for documentation and patient management
- Experience in developing and executing treatment plans for a wide variety of conditions
