Job Summary
Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries and those managing chronic pain. Manage patient loads while delivering evidence-based interventions that integrate manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and fitness programs to enhance mobility and promote natural healing. Collaborate with healthcare specialists to coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation of all treatment services provided. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in our outpatient rehabilitation center.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Demonstrated history of professional integrity with no sanctions or board proceedings
- Exceptional skills in various manual therapy techniques and modalities
- Ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs
- Proficient in using EMR software, specifically Web PT, for accurate documentation and tracking of patient progress
- Extensive knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques and an ongoing commitment to professional development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedic and sports medicine
- Previous involvement in developing community outreach programs or wellness initiatives
