Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic and on-site corporate wellness programs in San Jose. Conduct thorough evaluations, build personalized 1:1 treatment plans, deliver hands-on therapies and modalities, maintain detailed documentation, and provide telehealth as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and a multidisciplinary care team; participate in a structured 12-week mentorship for new grads; support multiple South Bay locations. Must hold CA PT license, DPT from a CAPTE-accredited program, CPR-AED and BLS, and be proficient with WebPT/Athena EMR. Maintain vaccinations and adhere to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active California PT license
- DPT from a CAPTE-accredited program
- CPR-AED and BLS Certified
- Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, Athena
- A patient-centered mindset with genuine compassion and empathy
- Current vaccinations; willingness to comply with applicable health and safety standards
