Job Summary
Part-time Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedics with on-site corporate wellness in San Jose (potential shift to Cupertino). Primary caseload includes orthopedic conditions, post-op care, chronic pain, and prevention screenings with one-on-one patient care and a cap of 3 evaluations per day. Flexible scheduling with 4–10 hour shifts and minimum 8 hours per week; clinic hours Mon–Fri 7 AM–8 PM and Sat 7:30 AM–2:45 PM. Includes mentorship for new grads, 50% APTA sponsorship, CE funding, and comprehensive benefits. Requires CA licensure as PT, DPT from CAPTE-accredited program, CPR-AED & BLS, vaccination as applicable, and physical capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- State license as a Physical Therapist (CA)
- DPT from CAPTE-accredited program
- CPR-AED & BLS certified
- COVID vaccinations as applicable
- Ability to stand, bend, push/pull up to 25 lbs
- Minimum 8 hours/week availability
- Licensed PT in California
