Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedics at Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center (OSMC) in Elkhart, IN. Role includes an outpatient orthopedic caseload, mentorship and leadership opportunities, and potential Clinic Director duties based on experience. Schedule typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends/holidays; up to 40 hours/week for full-time position. Sign-on bonus available for full-time staff; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k). New graduates are encouraged and will receive mentorship and clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana
- Eligible for Indiana state licensure
- US work authorization without sponsorship
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates supported)
- Full-time preferred; part-time and PRN considered
