Job Summary
Outpatient Orthopedics & Aquatics Physical Therapist position at Cape Cod Rehab in Mashpee, MA. Responsibilities include managing a general orthopedic caseload (roughly 11-12 patients per day) with focus areas in aquatic therapy (on-site warm water pool), balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and sports physical therapy. Role supports mentorship and collaboration within a team, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for continuing education. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday 7am–7pm and Saturday 8am–1pm with flexible scheduling based on candidate preference. New grads are welcomed and supported. Required Qualifications
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- Eligible for Massachusetts state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- New grads welcomed and mentored
- Full-time preferred with 40 hours/week available
- Part-time candidates considered with at least 16 hours and 2 weekdays availability
