Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedics at SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy in Cedarburg, WI. Full-time or part-time; provide initial evaluation and ongoing assessments, develop and evolve plans of care and treatment goals, involve patients in treatment and education, document in EMR, supervise physical therapist assistants, maintain legal and accreditation compliance, and participate in ongoing clinical development and community engagement. Requirements include Wisconsin PT license and Doctorate degree; BLS certification within 90 days; OCS/SCS/ATC preferred; dry needling certification preferred; ongoing CE in women’s health of interest. Full-time is preferred with 40 hours per week available; part-time candidates with 20 hours and 3 weekdays are considered. Schedule may include two evenings until 6pm. Salary starts at $80,000 per year and increases with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- Doctorate degree (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
- Dry Needling Certification (preferred)
- OCS, SCS, ATC (preferred)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required within 90-days of hire)
- Open to all experience levels including new grad PTs
- Continuing education in women’s health (of interest)
