Job Summary
Provide initial evaluation and ongoing assessments through interview and physical exam; develop and evolve plans of care and treatment goals; involve patients in their treatment and education; use EMR system for documentation; supervise physical therapist assistants; maintain legal and accreditation compliance; participate in ongoing clinical development and community engagement; serve as Clinic Manager at Thrive Fitness + Therapy in Port Washington (SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy) to grow patient caseload; expected to treat 8-10 patients per day; full-time position with potential for part-time availability; location Port Washington, WI; requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Wisconsin licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree (DPT)
- Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 3 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required within 90 days of hire)
