Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist sought for outpatient orthopedics in Dayton, OH. Role involves a general outpatient orthopedic caseload with an emphasis on evidence-based care and strong patient relationships. Full-time preferred, with options for part-time or PRN; up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, no weekends or holidays. New graduate PTs will receive mentorship and ongoing support. Collaborative, patient-centered environment with opportunity to develop clinical interests or specialty skills. Competitive starting salary in the $80,000 range with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits (health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, continuing education). Must be licensed in Ohio and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation with Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing
- State license as a Physical Therapist
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates supported)
