Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for outpatient orthopedic caseload in a 100% employee-owned private practice in Oro Valley, AZ. Role supports new grads with mentorship, offers flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s) and no weekends, and features specialties including Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Concussion Therapy, Dry Needling, Neurologic Rehab & Parkinson’s Therapy, Pelvic Floor Therapy, and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Full-time is preferred at 40 hours/week; part-time and PRN also considered. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), revenue sharing, profit sharing, ESOP, student loan assistance, in-house CEUs, mentorship programs, and residency opportunities). Located in Oro Valley, AZ, this role requires a DPT (or equivalent) and Arizona licensure or eligibility; applicants must be able to work in the United States without restriction.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation as Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
