Job Summary
Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to a diverse caseload including sports injuries and pre/post-operative rehabilitation, with opportunities for mentorship and specialties such as Blood Flow Restriction Therapy, Concussion Therapy, Dry Needling, Parkinson’s Disease Rehabilitation, Pelvic Floor Therapy, and Vestibular Therapy. Full-time 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s), clinic hours 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, no weekends/holidays. 100% employee-owned private practice offering comprehensive benefits, salary $80,000–$109,000, revenue sharing, profit sharing, 401(k), student loan assistance, in-house CEUs, residency program, and mentorship. Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent), NC licensure or eligibility, U.S. work eligibility. New grads welcome to join mentorship and residency programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)
- North Carolina PT licensure or eligibility
